                      To
                      commemorate an anniversary of Bolesław Krzymin SP2ESH
                      death, an operative amateur radio and social 
                       
                      activist, a
                      perennial employee of The Polish Amateur Radio Association
                      and also the founder of The Amateur 
                       
                      Radio Club in
                      Bydgoszcz, we will use between 26th March 2018
                      and 26th April 2018 the 3Z1ESH call sign and 
                       
                      issue a commemorative diploma.
                      
                       
                      It
                      will be free and issue in an electronic version in PDF
                      format. After fulfilment all conditions contained in rules 
                       
                      and regulations, it will be possible to generate the
                      diploma on the website.
                      
                       
                      
                       
                       
                      Rules
                      and regulations:
                      
                       
                      1.     
                      The Amateur
                      Radio Club SP2PBY in Bydgoszcz is the organizer.
                      
                       
                      2.     
                      Date of the
                      event: form 26th March 2018 to 26th
                      April 2018.
                      
                       
                      3.     
                      We are
                      planning to work on bands form 1,8 MHz to 28 MHz and with
                      CW, SSB and DIGI modes.  
                       
                          In the DIGI  mode it will be included: RTTY, PSK 31
                      to 125 and also FT8.
                      
                       
                      4.     
                      The diploma
                      will be issue in three classes: BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD.
                        
                       
                          For the BRONZE class it will be
                      necessary to make 2 QSO on any of band and by whichever
                      mode. 
                       
                          For the SILVER  class it
                      will be necessary to make 4 QSO on any of band and by
                      whichever mode. 
                       
                           For
                      the GOLD class
                      it will be necessary to make 6 QSOs on any of band and by
                      each of three modes  
                       
                          (in those 6 QSOs there is necessary to
                      make communications by all modes – CW, SSB, DIGI) for
                      example: 
                       
                          1 QSO – 160m CW, 1 QSO – 160m SSB, 1 QSO –
                      80m CW, 1 QSO – 80m RTTY, 1 QSO – 40m FT8  
                       
                          and  1 QSO
                      – 20m SSB.
                      
                       
                      5.     
                      It will be
                      counted only one QSO/SWL on given band and by given mode,
                      for example:  
                       
                          2 x QSO 40m SSB = 1 x QSO 40m SSB.
                      
                       
                      6.     
                      SWL logs
                      should be sent in the Cabrillo format, on the e-mail
